Halloween: Thursday, October 31
On Thursday, students who choose to wear a costume can wear it to school. (No weapon accessories, please!)
We will do some activities during the day and have our class Halloween party in the afternoon at 1:30. Dismissal is at the usual time.
No homework on Halloween, let's hope the rain holds off...

Field Trip to Erie County Courthouse: Friday, November 1
With a focus on branches and levels of government, our students will get to sit in the room that our legislators use to make laws. Then we will participate in a mock trial in the ceremonial courtroom.
Appellate Court Judge John M. Curran has been hosting us for many years now, and it's always been a highlight for our students.
Please have your child dress up a bit for the field trip rather than wear their Ellicott shirt.
Be sure to turn in your permission slip if you haven't already done so.
